With the Coronavirus situation being a concern in today’s society, we have put in place procedures to employ effective cleaning and safety practices to support the health and wellness of our valued customers.
It is important that we give you as much information as possible about the procedures we follow to clean our vehicles and maintain a sanitary environment once you are in the car and when you leave for the next customer.
We are closely following the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with all of our drivers and affiliates, and our company emphasizes the importance of following health and safety procedures. The following procedures are being taken:
- Mandatory face mask for our chauffeurs and affiliates
- Offering to wipe down luggage handles
- Providing disposable face masks upon request
- Providing hand sanitizer upon request -Disinfecting the vehicles before and after every trip (Wiping down the seats, door handles, armrests, headrests, vents, windows, and seat-belts)
We are here to help you move through this new way of travel with the same warmth, care, and reliability you expect every day from us. From pickup to drop-off, our focus is and always will be taking special care of you and your belongings.
Any driver or affiliates reporting any symptoms of illness are automatically removed from duties and instructed to self-quarantine and contact their health care provider.
